H&B brings together skincare, haircare and beauty tools with a clear purpose, so every product earns its place and every ritual makes sense from beginning to end.

Stop asking lotion to do exfoliation's job

Recognition

You already know the cabinet.

Half a bottle of body butter. A scrub you used three times. A serum bought during a week when everyone online appeared to have solved something. Two nearly identical creams because you forgot you had bought the first one.

Nothing in there is bad. That is the confusing part.

The problem is that most beauty products arrive as isolated promises. They repeat a step you already have, or they leave you to work out when, how and why to use them.

H&B begins with a different question:

What job is your routine still leaving undone?

Then we build the ritual around that job.

Why an H&B ritual is different

With a tool, you get an object. A ritual gives you a next step.

A beauty tool can be perfectly good and still go unused.

You have to remember what it does, decide when to use it, work out what comes before it and wonder whether you are doing it correctly.

An H&B ritual removes that guesswork.

Each set brings together tools that belong in the same moment, gives them a clear order and shows you how to use them with products you already trust.

There is a beginning, a middle and an end. Once you know the sequence, repeating it becomes easier than reconsidering it.

That is the difference between owning another tool and having a ritual.

The H&B standard and its limits

Four rules every H&B ritual must pass.

One. It must have one clear job.

If we cannot explain exactly what it adds to your routine, it does not belong here.

Two. It must work with what you already trust.

We are not here to make you replace the oil, serum, lotion or cleanser you spent years finding.

Three. Its limits must be as clear as its benefits.

Every product page tells you what the ritual can do, what it cannot do and how to use it safely.

Four. You must be able to judge it in real life.

Open it. Use it through an ordinary week. If it does not earn its place in your routine, return it within 30 days.

No miracle claims. No manipulated proof. No hidden limitations.

We will not promise that a tool cures a condition, permanently changes your face or delivers the same result for every person.

We will show you:

  • Exactly what comes in the box
  • The job each tool performs
  • How to use the complete ritual
  • What you can reasonably judge for yourself
  • Where the ritual's usefulness ends

We would rather help you choose correctly now than surprise you after you have paid.

Your routine gets the final vote.

Open the set. Use the complete ritual. Put it through ordinary mornings, rushed evenings and the kind of week in which new habits usually disappear.

If it does not feel useful enough to earn a place in your routine, return it within 30 days, even opened and used.

No performance to defend. No reason required.

Short FAQ

Before you decide.

Do the Head Spa bottles come with oil or shampoo in them?

No. Both bottles arrive empty on purpose. You fill the applicator comb bottle with the scalp oil or serum you already use, and the wash bottle with your own shampoo or diluted cleanser.

Can I use the Jade Face Ritual with my existing serum or facial oil?

Yes, and that is how it is meant to be used. The tools need a little slip so they glide instead of dragging. Use the serum, oil or moisturizer you already trust.

How often should each ritual be used?

The Jade Face Ritual can be used daily, morning or evening, for a few minutes. The Head Spa Ritual suits most people once a week, on the day you plan to wash your hair. The Exfoliating Ritual is usually enough once or twice a week. Start at the lower end and increase only if your skin stays comfortable.

How do I clean and store the tools?

Rinse the jade tools in warm water, dry them fully and keep them in the box. Rinse the glove and the strap after every use, wring them out and hang them to dry rather than leaving them in the shower. Rinse the Head Spa bottles between refills and let them dry with the caps off.

Is the Exfoliating Ritual suitable for sensitive skin?

It can be, with lighter pressure and less often. The glove works by friction, so how hard and how often you use it matters more than how long. Start with one short session a week on warm, damp skin. If your skin stays red or feels sore afterwards, that is a signal to use less.

When should exfoliation or facial massage be avoided?

Avoid broken, cut, sunburned or irritated skin, and any area with an active breakout or rash. Do not use the exfoliating glove straight after shaving or waxing. If you have a skin condition, or anything a healthcare professional is currently treating, ask them before you start.

What does "opened and used" mean in your returns policy?

It means what it says. Open the box, use the ritual through an ordinary week and then decide. You do not have to keep it sealed and you do not have to return it unused.

How long does U.S. delivery take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. You receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

The method, not the marketing.

One email a week at most. How to use what you own properly, and what we are looking at next.

Final product choice

Start with the one you recognize.

If your face finishes the day before you do, start with the face. If your scalp routine currently involves a kitchen bottle, start with hair and scalp. If you have been moisturizing your way out of roughness for years, start with the body.
