Shipping and delivery

Where we ship

The United States only, including all fifty states. We do not currently ship internationally, and we would rather say that than take an order we cannot fulfill properly.

How long it takes

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Then delivery takes 3 to 14 days.

That is the honest window, not the best case. We are not going to promise you two-day shipping that we cannot deliver, and we would rather set a window we beat than one we apologize for.

Business days do not include weekends or US public holidays.

If we cannot ship within thirty days of your order, we will email you, offer to cancel, and refund you in full if you want that. That is your right under federal law and we are not going to make you find out about it on your own.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email the moment it ships. Check the spam folder if it is not there within an hour of the notification.

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. A quiet tracking page on day one is normal.

If tracking has not moved in five days, write to us at support@healthandbeautysolution.com and we will chase the carrier. You do not need to wait longer than that, and you do not need to be polite about it.

If it does not arrive

If the carrier marks it delivered and it is not with you, check the porch, the side gate and with a neighbor first. Carriers do occasionally scan a parcel a day early.

If it is genuinely missing, tell us within thirty days of the delivery scan and we will resolve it, either by replacing it or refunding you. That is our problem to solve, not yours to chase.

If it is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will contact you. We can reship it once you confirm a correct address, and you would cover the reshipping cost in that case.

Wrong address

Check it on your order confirmation the day it arrives. If it is wrong, reply to that email the same day and we can usually fix it.

Once it is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.

Where it ships from

Our fulfilment partners ship directly, which is how the price on the box stays where it is. That means delivery takes longer than a warehouse two states over, and the window above reflects that honestly.
